Refund & Returns Policy We want you to be happy with your order! You can return any of our products within 28 days of delivery for a refund, subject to approval by our customer team.

Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact our team at Personal-best94@outlook.com immediately. Please include your order number and photos if possible—we’ll resolve it quickly.

Cancelling Orders: We pick and pack orders quickly, so it’s rare we can cancel or change an order once placed. You can return any unwanted items for a refund as per the policy above.
Uncollected or Rejected Orders: If a parcel is rejected at delivery or not collected from the post office, we’ll refund you once it’s returned. Any shipping fees paid will be deducted from your refund.
