Cancelling Orders: We pick and pack orders quickly, so it’s rare we can cancel or change an order once placed. You can return any unwanted items for a refund as per the policy above.
Uncollected or Rejected Orders: If a parcel is rejected at delivery or not collected from the post office, we’ll refund you once it’s returned. Any shipping fees paid will be deducted from your refund.
