Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If your shipment is lost or damaged, please report it within 30 days of purchase. We cannot investigate claims reported after this period, in accordance with our shipping carriers’ terms.

For damaged items, please provide clear photos of the product and packaging, as these are required to process any claim.

Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries outside the UK (excluding the EU Customs Union), any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
